Robert Gordon, Director Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, has issued a directive to Michigan public and nonpublic schools to report cases of COVID-19 on the schools’ website, effective October 12, 2020. The district's response to reported or confirmed cases follows protocol established by the Macomb County Health Department.
Communication from the district will be sent to the community only in cases when necessary.
This database does not contain cases of COVID‐19 for students or staff who test positive but have had no contact with the school, such as students in remote learning who have never come to school. Only those cases originating as part of school or extra‐curricular activities are required in this database.
